Refunds for change of mind will not be accepted.
Products/ services under daily deals/weekly deals are limited time and limited stock promotions that once ordered and paid are non-refundable. The voucher issues when you purchase the product/ service must be utilized (redeemed) during the validity period of the voucher. Portfolio.lk is not liable for failure to redeem the voucher under any circumstances and cannot be refunded.
Refunds are only acceptable when the product is out of stock. All refunds are processed within 2-14 working days by Portfolio.lk (processing times are shown in the table below). Further processing back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank/ institution for which Portfolio.lk cannot be held liable.

Suspicious Orders and Use of Fraudulent Cards
As a prominent participant in Sri Lanka’s e-commerce sector, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards counterfeit orders or transactions involving stolen or fraudulent credit/debit cards. It is imperative that online shoppers fully comply with the legal guidelines outlined by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and adhere to the Terms and Conditions stipulated by Portfolio. In order to uphold these standards, customers are required to furnish accurate details and exclusively employ cards registered under their own name for transactions. Your adherence to these regulations contributes to the maintenance of a secure and trustworthy online shopping environment.
In the event of transactions raising suspicion or orders exceeding 100,000, payments will undergo verification by the payment gateway provider. This is to ensure the authenticity and genuineness of the purchase. As a result, we may ask customers for additional information, such as an ID proof or the last four digits of the credit/debit card used for the transaction. Your cooperation in providing these details will assist us in maintaining the security of the transaction process.
If an order is determined to be counterfeit or involves the use of stolen or fraudulent credit/debit cards, we will promptly cancel the order without prior notice to the customer. Additionally, we are committed to collaborating with the Sri Lanka Police and the Central Bank of Sri Lanka to initiate legal proceedings against such shoppers. In the event of any disputes or disagreements, we kindly urge the shopper to visit our office in person for resolution.
During the verification process, orders will remain on hold until the necessary verification is obtained from either the payment gateway provider or the service provider. Please note that urgent pickups and express deliveries will not be entertained during this period.
In situations where a customer has selected the express delivery option and the order cannot be fulfilled promptly due to verification processes, we will ensure to refund the express delivery fee. This refund can be provided either at the time of delivery or through a bank transfer of the corresponding amount. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to ensure the security and authenticity of each transaction.
